WHY I LOVE THIS MEDITATION - by RACHEL
It opens me up with great strength. It centers myself and opens up vulnerability allowing a great flow of love to pour in and cleanse. This meditation helps me clear my path of finite obstacles and allows me to experience faith, which enables me to walk steady and strong in my infinite power.
COMPLETE MANTRA OF SAT KAR TAR MEDITATION
Phonetically: "Sat Kar-taar "
POSTURE FOR THIS MEDITATION
Eye Position: The eyes closed, looking up, focusing at the Brow Point.
As you say SAT, the hands are pressed together in Prayer Pose at the center of the chest.
As you say KAR, the hands are extended out from the shoulders, half-way towards the final position. Fingers are pointing straight up.
As you say TAAR, the arms are fully extended out to the sides and parallel to the floor, fingers pointing up.
Make the transition from step to step a flowing movement.
A MEDITATION FOR THE HEART
Sat Kar Tar can be translated to mean "Doer of the Truth" and, when repeated as an affirmation, will increase the FLOW of the heart. It's a wonderful meditation for anyone who feels their heart is closed, experiencing heartache, holding through the chest or simply wanting to bring balance, expansion and trust to his or her life.

WHAT RACHEL IS WEARING
Rachel is wearing the Tangerine ENSO headband from KOOSHOO. "I love this headband for its versatility as it can be opened wide - handy under the intense Australian sun - or turned around into a cute twist headband". The headband is made of breathable organic cotton and the Tangerine Orange color is the holy hue of a monk's robes.
